About Jiarun
Established in 2004, Jiarun Wire-Cut Fluid Manufacturing Plant is an industrial enterprise founded on modern management principles, integrating the research and development, production, and sales of working fluids for high-speed reciprocating wire electrical discharge machining (WEDM). Today, "Jiarun" has become a renowned brand for composite working fluids in the WEDM industry.
Core Products and Technology
To meet the demands of high-speed reciprocating WEDM for high-efficiency cutting, high surface quality cutting, thick workpiece cutting, special material cutting, and the multiple-pass cutting of "medium-speed wire-cut" machines, the company produces a series of wire-cut working fluids that currently stands as the most comprehensive and technically superior in the domestic market.
The Jiarun EDM wire-cut fluid product line includes:
- Liquids: JR1A, JR1A Upgrade, JR2A, JR1H, JR1AA
- Emulsifiable Pastes: JR3A, JR3A Upgrade, JR3B, JR3C, JR10A, JR20A
- Solid Soaps: JR4A
The JR3A emulsifiable paste has become the preferred choice for manufacturers of "medium-speed wire-cut" (MS-WEDM) machines.
New Products for 2025
In 2025, Jiarun launched the JR1H and JR3H high-efficiency series, as well as the JR10A for cutting thick, ultra-hard metals and the JR20A for ultra-high-efficiency cutting.
- JR1H, JR3H: High-efficiency products, recommended for cutting speeds of 15,000–20,000 mm²/h.
- JR10A: Capable of stable cutting for workpieces over 1000mm in thickness and suitable for ultra-hard metals such as tungsten-molybdenum alloys and cemented carbides.
- JR20A: An ultra-high-efficiency emulsifiable paste for cutting speeds greater than 20,000 mm²/h.
Environmental Protection and Market Presence
Jiarun series products are formulated without mineral oil, nitrites, phosphates, or other harmful components. They have been certified as "practically non-toxic" by authoritative testing agencies (Report No: bg-07NYQT-WT010). Thanks to their excellent performance, environmentally friendly composition, and ease of transportation, the products are now exported in large quantities to dozens of countries and regions worldwide, significantly advancing the technological standards of high-speed reciprocating WEDM processing.
