How to Identify JR1A (Green Bucket) Working Fluid
In recent years, we have continuously discovered individuals falsely using our company's name to sell so-called JR1A (Green Bucket) "Jiarun Series Working Fluid" online. Concurrently, various products imitating the packaging of our JR1A (Green Bucket) have appeared on the market. To protect the interests of our valued new and existing customers, the Jiarun WEDM Fluid Manufacturing Plant has specifically upgraded the design and production of the JR1A (Green Bucket) packaging. We are now providing this guide to all Jiarun customers on how to identify the JR1A (Green Bucket) packaging for a preliminary verification.
1. Visual Inspection Method
When purchasing JR1A (Green Bucket), first inspect the bucket's appearance:
The authentic color and appearance of the Jiarun JR1A (Green Bucket) are shown in Figure 1 (the left image shows the top of the bucket; since 2018, the top has featured a QR code pattern). Its colors are uniform and true. In contrast, typical counterfeit products have distorted colors, numerous errors in text and printing, are sold at a lower price, and deliver poor machining performance, often leading to problems such as wire breakage during cutting. The appearance of a counterfeit product is shown in Figure 2.

For high-imitation JR1A (Green Bucket) products (those with an appearance very similar to our product), a more detailed observation is required. The packaging of the Jiarun JR1A (Green Bucket) uses a special printing process. Upon close visual inspection of the printed bucket surface, noticeable vertical white stripes and dots can be seen in certain areas, especially in the colored sections, as shown in Figure 3. These white stripes and dots become even more apparent if you take a photo with a smartphone and then zoom in on the picture.

High-imitation counterfeit products use an ordinary printing process. The surface of their colored buckets appears relatively smooth and uniform to the naked eye, without any white vertical stripes or dots, as shown in Figure 4.

2. The Scraping Test Method
For purchased products, perform a scraping test on the bucket's surface:
The Jiarun JR1A (Green Bucket) packaging is made with a special printing process. Therefore, if you use a sharp object, such as a key or a screwdriver, to scrape the paint layer on the bucket's surface, the scraped paint will peel off in strips. When rolled between your fingers, it feels elastic and forms into a ball, as shown in Figure 5.

The high-imitation counterfeit products (with an appearance similar to ours) use an ordinary printing process. Although the scraped paint layer may also come off in strips, it lacks elasticity when rolled between the fingers and breaks down into granular fragments, as shown in Figure 6.

We urge all Jiarun customers to carefully inspect any Jiarun JR1A (Green Bucket) products purchased since 2017 from various "unauthorized channels." If you suspect you have purchased a counterfeit product, please refrain from buying from these "unauthorized channels" in the future.
Our company will introduce a series of anti-counterfeiting measures periodically. We ask our valued customers to stay informed. Furthermore, our company solemnly declares the following:
Our company has never sold "Jiarun Series Working Fluid" directly online, nor have we ever established branch factories to produce or sell Jiarun products.
