It is suitable for high-efficiency cutting on "fast-speed" (HS-WEDM) and "medium-speed" (MS-WEDM) machines, as well as for high-gloss finishing passes. Ideal for cutting currents around 10A. The cutting efficiency is 10%–20% higher than conventional working fluids on the market, with particularly outstanding performance during high-energy cutting. After cutting, a thin layer of eroded residue will adhere to the workpiece surface, which turns silver-white after being cleaned with kerosene. Before use, please shake the liquid in the bucket thoroughly by repeatedly laying it down and setting it upright.

This product utilizes "Powerful Chip Removal" technology, which provides robust chip removal capabilities during the cutting of thick workpieces (500mm–1000mm) and super-hard metals (such as tungsten-molybdenum alloys and cemented carbides). This ensures a stable discharge state in the gap and significantly improves cutting stability. It is suitable for high-efficiency cutting at around 10A and for high-gloss finishing passes on MS-WEDM, especially for finishing passes on workpieces up to 300mm thick. When using, please select the mixing ratio according to your specific requirements. For cutting workpieces over 500mm thick or super-hard metals, a mixing ratio of 1:20–1:30 is recommended, with a pulse width of 60µs–100µs and a cutting current of around 5A.

It combines "Nano-Film" electrode wire protection with "Powerful Chip Removal" technology. This reduces electrode wire wear while providing sufficient chip removal power during high-efficiency, thick workpiece, and super-hard metal (such as tungsten-molybdenum alloys and cemented carbides) cutting. It is suitable for ultra-high-efficiency cutting with currents of 10A–15A and for cutting thick workpieces over 500mm. For thick workpieces, higher currents of 5A–8A can still be used for efficient cutting. Cutting efficiency is 10%–20% higher than conventional working fluids on the market, with particularly outstanding performance during high-energy and thick-workpiece cutting.
