Mixing Ratio	1:10–1:50 (depending on processing conditions). Dilute directly with tap water (avoid using hard water such as well water or groundwater). Purified water is recommended for best results.

Scope of Application	For cooling during Wire Electrical Discharge Machining (WEDM) of various metal materials, especially suitable for thick workpiece cutting and for cutting super-hard metals such as tungsten, molybdenum alloys, and cemented carbides.
Performance Characteristics	This is an emulsifiable paste specially developed for cutting thick workpieces of 1000–1500mm and for cutting super-hard metals such as tungsten, molybdenum alloys, and cemented carbides. It is also suitable for finishing passes on thick workpieces. The concentration must be adjusted according to different cutting requirements. Produces a uniform, bright white surface with no reversing stripes (after cleaning with kerosene). "Powerful Chip Removal" technology ensures excellent chip removal from the cutting gap and is suitable for cutting extra-thick workpieces over 1000mm. For this application, a mixing ratio of 1:10–1:20 is recommended. Compared to traditional emulsified oils, cutting efficiency is increased by 30%, surface quality is improved by half a grade, electrode wire consumption is reduced by 50%, and the service life of the molybdenum wire is significantly extended. For cutting super-hard metals such as tungsten, molybdenum alloys, and cemented carbides, a cutting current of 6–8A, a pulse width of over 100µs, and a mixing ratio of 1:10–1:20 are recommended. Suitable for multi-pass cutting of mold steel up to 300mm thick.

Appearance and Precautions	The product is a brownish-yellow paste and becomes a pale milky white fluid after dilution. When replenishing the fluid, please add both the paste and water according to the specified ratio. Before the cut is complete, use a magnet to secure the workpiece to prevent it from falling and breaking the molybdenum wire. When increasing the cutting current or workpiece thickness, please increase the concentration of the working fluid.
