Mixing Ratio	Standard Ratio: 1:15–1:20. Dilute directly with tap water (avoid using hard water such as well water or groundwater). Purified water is recommended for best results.

Scope of Application	For cooling during Wire Electrical Discharge Machining (WEDM) of various metal materials; also suitable for cooling in metal cutting processes.
Performance Characteristics	Produces a uniform, bright white cutting surface with no reversing stripes (after cleaning with kerosene). Suitable for high-current cutting (above 4.0A on standard machines, above 5A on MS-WEDM machines). Compared to traditional emulsified oils, cutting efficiency is increased by 30%, surface quality is improved by half a grade, electrode wire consumption is reduced by 50%, and the service life of the molybdenum wire is significantly extended. The workpiece detaches automatically after cutting, is easy to clean, and keeps the worktable clean. Suitable for processing mold steel with a thickness of 0–1000mm and is applicable for multi-pass cutting.

Appearance and Precautions	The concentrate is brownish-yellow or pale milky white (color may vary with seasonal temperature changes) and becomes a pale milky white fluid after dilution. This product has excellent cleaning properties. When replenishing the fluid, please add both concentrate and water according to the specified ratio. Before the cut is complete, use a magnet to secure the workpiece to prevent it from falling and breaking the molybdenum wire. For 400–1000mm mold steel, recommended cutting parameters are: Pulse Width: 100μs, Duty Cycle: 1:7, Cutting Current: around 3.0A. Appropriately slow down the variable frequency tracking speed (to about 1/3 of the normal cutting tracking position), and adjust from the zero position until the cut is stable and the ammeter needle barely fluctuates. When increasing the cutting current or workpiece thickness, please increase the concentration of the working fluid.
