Product Details

Mixing Ratio	Standard Ratio: 1:40–1:50. Dilute directly with tap water (avoid using hard water such as well water or groundwater). Purified water is recommended for best results.

Scope of Application	For cooling during Wire Electrical Discharge Machining (WEDM) of various metal materials; also suitable for cooling in metal cutting processes.
Performance Characteristics	This product is a solid soap developed to make the WEDM working medium even easier to transport and store, and for sale in international markets. It has similar processing characteristics to the JR3A emulsifiable paste. To speed up dissolution, hot water can be used. High mixing ratio; easy to transport and store. Produces a uniform, bright white surface with no reversing stripes (after cleaning with kerosene). Maintains excellent cutting stability under high-energy machining conditions (average machining current > 5A). Compared to traditional emulsified oils, cutting efficiency is increased by 30%, surface quality is improved by half a grade, electrode wire consumption is reduced by 50%, and the service life of the molybdenum wire is significantly extended. The workpiece detaches automatically after cutting, is easy to clean, and keeps the worktable clean. Suitable for processing mold steel with a thickness of 0–500mm and is applicable for multi-pass cutting.

Appearance and Precautions	The product is a brownish-yellow solid and becomes a pale milky white fluid after dilution. When replenishing the fluid, please add both the soap and water according to the specified ratio. Before the cut is complete, use a magnet to secure the workpiece to prevent it from falling and breaking the molybdenum wire. When increasing the cutting current or workpiece thickness, please increase the concentration of the working fluid.
